The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Mrs. Marianne Volk from DUQUESNE UNIVERSITY office of Research, located at 600 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15282-0001 to evaluate and discuss innovative Process Analytical Technology (PAT) - Utility of Stepwise information Monitoring for process Control to unable to the Agency to regulate and operate in this new paradigm extensive training curricula and programs have been designed, and suitable vendors selected based on the quality of their work as implemented in the pharmaceutical industry. The Contractor would deliver lectures, presentations, experiments as well as develop case studies that would facilitate discussion on the utility of process analytical technology in designing, monitoring and controlling small molecules and biotech manufacturing processes. This is a continuation of work and training completed under previous contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals/bids are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This award will be made 6 days after the date of this notice.
