You are invited to submit a proposal in response to our Request for Proposal (RFP) entitled W912L1-09-R-0054, Medical Records Reconstruction, and Update. As a result of this RFP, the Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) base contract with two (2) option years to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the RFP, will be most advantageous to the Government considering past performance, technical factors and price.

The overarching objective of this contract is to provide medical record reconstruction and update for the TXARNG forces. The Office of the State Army Surgeon (OSArS) requires a turn-key solution to review all State medical records; replace all records with new labeled folders; file all loose documentation in accordance with AR 40-66 and a template provided by the TXARNG; and enter/update current and documented medical services in the Armys Medical Protection System (MEDPROS). OSArS will provide a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and a dedicated person to coordinate with the Contractors program manager to ensure all deliverables are met. Contractor shall perform only those services covered by the Task Orders and only during periods covered by the Contract.
