The Department of Commerce/National Oceanic and Atmosheric Administration is issuing this requirement in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures to provide for the Minority Business Development Agency's (MBDA) National Conference. This is an annual event that is to be held within one of the regions of its nine National Enterprise Centers/Regional Enterprise Centers. The Conference is intended to be held in San Diego, California beginning on Tuesday, June 15, 2004 and ending on Saturday, June 19, 2004.
