The John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R, Detroit, MI. 48201 intends to solicit from only one source, Solutions Plus, LLC, to establish a base year plus one (1) option year contract for lean training of Medical Center staff. The basis for this proposed sole source procurement is that Solutions Plus has already provided partial lean training to Medical Center staff under another contract and Solutions Plus is the only source capable of completing that partial training.
