The 414th Contracting Support Brigade in Vicenza, Italy is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support requirements for any of the supplies and services listed below. The location of performance is in the country of Senegal in and around the Dakar and/or Thies region and the period of performance will be between the months on or about 15 January 2015 thru 01 April 2015.
