Hay Group, Inc. is a supplier of the Kolb Learning Style Inventory plus freight. The instruments provided are a part of the Department of Command and Leadership (DCL) and the School of Advanced distribution Learning (SAdLs) curriculum at the Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Hay Groups instruments has expert resources that have been design ed to assist in helping clients make insightful decisions about their leadership, their organization, people, performance, and rewards as well as translate strategy into action by aligning leadership teams, their organizational culture and structures, role s, and people capabilities to their needs. Hay Group, Inc., to our knowledge, is the only such company that can provide the detailed analysis that is needed for our environment.
