Proposals will be received until 1 o’clock P.M, E.S.T. Tuesday, May 02, 2006. Proposals received after that time shall not be considered. Please see the attached enclosures, which outline the Invitation for International Bidding submission instructions, the Statement of Work. HQ SACT reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal, partially or in its entirety, at any time. In such an event, no claims for proposal preparation and related costs will be considered.
