DESC requires support for management and oversight (M&O) of fuel distribution to the U.S. Military in Iraq. Contractor will accept validated requirements from Defense Energy Support Center-Europe, coordinate fulfillment of requirements with DESC fuel, transportation, and quality contractors and Turkish officials, monitor shipments throughout the entire supply chain from tanker loading to tanker return, expedite convoys, solve logistical problems as needed and report daily activity and convoy status.
