The United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services Division in Portland, OR has plans to award using other than full and open competition to Island Conservation, 100 Shaffer Road, Santa Cruz, CA 95060-1461 of an independent review on the 2012 attempt to eradicate rats from Wake Atoll. This is the contractor that performed initial services and will provide input to other parties for this independent review. The Service intends to award Sole Source to Island Conservation of Santa Cruz CA. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award using other than full and open competition and is not a request for competitive proposals.
