The Department of Justice, Office of the Inspector General is seeking a contractor to provide up to 770 hours of services relating to the review and rewriting of 22 chapters that comprise the Inspector General Manual (IGM) Volume III, Investigations Division (INV). The contractor will be required to meet with INV senior staff to review the scope of this contract, with particular focus on the intended structure, format, and content of the directives. Contractor will be required to research, draft and submit to respective INV/HQ manager for review 12 completed directives with related forms. Contractor will be required to participate in person, by email or conference calls in discussions of submitted drafts and any required revisions, as well as revise drafts as instructed and prepare directives in final format. Contractor will be responsible for review of 10 recently revised INV draft directives with related forms to ensure directive is current, complete and structured in style with other directives. The contractor will be required to conduct additional research and revise drafts as needed to submit to Deputy Assistant Inspector General (DAIG) INV for review. The contractor will be required to consolidate all OIG Office of General Counsel (OGC) opinions in an electronic directory and prepare a table of contents. Contractor will also be responsible for finalization of 22 directives in Microsoft Word, ensuring preparation for integration into the OIG intranet. Included in this phase will be the preparation of a Volume III table of contents and index system. A more detailed Statement of Work (SOW) is available upon request.
