NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (NFLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to award a purchase order for supplies for Hogan Assessments - Leadership Forecast Series courses. It is the Government’s intention to process this procurement on a sole source award based on the market research completed of potential vendors. It is the Government’s intention to issue a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order in accordance with FAR 13.302 procedures. The delivery date will be directly after date of contract award. The applicable NAICS code is 611430 and size standard is 11.0 (millions of dollars). This is not a request for quotes and no solicitation will be issued.
