Grounds Maintenance at Grand Forks AFB, ND Description The contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supplies, equipment, materials, and other items necessary to perform grounds maintenance at Grand Forks AFB, ND as described in the Statement of Work. This acquisition will be done in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and will be based on Past Performance Price Trade-off (PPTO). Both price and past performance will be evaluation factors when making the award. It is anticipated past performance will be considered more important than price when determining the best value to the government. This Contract will be firm fixed price with a basic period plus four option years and may possibly contain either an award fee, or award term incentive at the government's discretion. This acquisition will be set aside for small business only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 with a size standard for this acquisition of $6.5 million. Once issued, offerors must review the solicitation to determine offeror eligibility. All qualified/responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
