GOVERNMENT VISUAL INFORMATION SUPPORT SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT OPERATIONS (VISS)
NAVAIR Orlando Training Systems Division has a requirement for services in support of the Visual Information Support Services (VISS) program at NAVAIR Orlando TSD. The VISS program provides technical and visual information services to a wide range of customers consisting of all the employees at NAVAIR Orlando Training Systems Division (NAVAIR), the U.S. Army Simulation Training and Instrumentation Command (STRICOM), and, in some cases, NAVAIR/STRICOM contractors, as well as other agencies within the Department of Defense (DoD). The services will require full-time contractor personnel and resources to provide operation of the Video Information Support Center (VISC) located at the Deflorez building in Research Park, Orlando, Florida. The contractor will provide VISS management, support photography, graphics, presentation services, library services, special studies, video teleconferencing, equipment maintenance, and operate the Command's CCTV, Satellite Learning Center, and major conference rooms. In addition the contractor and personnel will be required to meet any Security requirements outlined in the solicitation.
A solicitation will be issued under FAR Part 15 (Contract Negotiation) guidelines, which will result in Firm Fixed Price contract with some reimbursable items. The resultant contract will include a two-month phase-in period followed by an eight-month base period with four one-year options and a two-month phase-out period. The solicitation is designated a 100% small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code 541430, Graphic Design Services, with a small business size standard of $6.0M.
