The Tahoe National Forest anticipates awarding a non-competitive contract to the Pinchot and Company, Bainbridge Island, WA, for Gifford Pinchot III to participate as a steering committee member for the US Forest Service Enterprise Program (two meetings in 2008) and to lead three training sessions for new internal Enterprise teams. One of the three-day sessions will be in February 2008; the others will be in March. Estimated quantities are 72 hours of training, 24 hours of preparation, and 32 hours of meeting attendance. Vendors believing they can meet this requirement must submit written information showing clearly that the individual proposed for accomplishing the work has a high level of expertise with internal enterprise teams (?intrapreneuring?), particularly in the US Forest Service; include hourly rates for each individual named.
