This is a notice of intent of the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC) at Fort Sam Houston, TX to award a purchase order for a "Bridge" contract for 29 months to the University of Nebraska 987835 Nebraska Medical Center Omaha, NE 68198-6810, to provide nonpersonal services to provide a non-severable non-personal service of an accredited university to confer a Bachelor of Science degree to all students successfully completing Phase 1 of the Interservice Physician Assistant Program (IPAP) and a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies or comparable degree, to all IPAP students successfully completing both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the IPAP. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. This is a sole source procurement, the CHCC intends to solicit and negotiate only with McKinsey & Co. Inc. under the authority of PL 104-106 section 4202 (Clinger-Cohen Act) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a).
