NA READINESS SUPPORT SERVICES MANAGER FOR The 143 Airlift Wing, RI Air National Guard Base, 1 Minuteman Way, North Kingstown, RI 02852. The 143 Airlift Wing requires a Family Readiness and Support Services Manager Contract. The contractor will provide consu ltation and assistance to the Full time Military Community Manager and unit leadership in identifying and addressing family issues and demographic trends, which impact mission readiness and retention. The contractor will provide input to accommodate family needs during full or partial unit mobilizations. Period of contract after award will be one base year with one option year.
