The Department of Justice, Personnel Staff, Workforce Relations Group intends to procure for trained investigators to assist the Offices, Boards, and Divisions of the Department in the investigation of sexual harassment complaints using Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 19-Small Business Programs. The contractor shall be responsible to provide the Department with a complete report of investigation for each complaint submitted. Please provide, in writing, a proposal addressing the following areas: (1) demonstrate expertise in the area of sexual harassment; (2) Past performance in conducting investigations and preparing reports on sexual harassment matters; (3) ability to provide the needed services in accordance within established time frames and (4) pricing for each anticipated period of performance.
