The solicitation is issued under DABJ05-03-T-0499 as a request for quotation (RFQ). This notice is issued unrestricted NAICS code 541519.The requirement is T&M for the procurement of Environme ntal Quality Report Program Operations and Maintenance (EQR). EQR is a web-based data collection application designed to provide an automated environmental reporting process to collect measures of merit (MOMs) data for service headquarters (HQ), Regions, Major Commands and installations. Data is collected for compliance conservation and pollution prevention. A Statement of Work shall be provided by contacting the Contract Specialist listed below. The Period of Performance is for 12 months from date of a ward. Delivery point is Edgewood Area, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-21010 at Destination. Offerors must submit a proposed delivery schedule for the requested requirement. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at Clause 52.212-3, O fferor Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items.
