This is a notice of intention to issue a solicitation to provide Engineering Services for the AN/ALQ-161A Avionics Integration Support facility (AISF) Support. The purpose of this Contractual Engineering Task (CET) is to define the activities required from the contractor to provide engineering support to 542 CBSG/GBEBA and to assist in the sustainment efforts of the AN/ALQ-161A Radio Frequency Surveillance/Electronic Countermeasures Subsystem (RFS/ECMS). A significant portion of the contractor?s effort is performed in the Avionics Integration Support Facility (AISF), where the contractor shall execute multiple programs? tests while maintaining the lab in a serviceable condition. Therefore, the primary engineering services to be acquired on this task consist of: ? AN/ALQ-161A sustainment support ? AISF test execution ? AISF maintenance. Period of Performance shall be 12 months after receipt of order (ARO). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to EDO TECHNICAL SERVICES OPERATIONS, 254 EAST AVE K-4, LANCASTER CA 93535-4500 (Cage Code 0LND7 ) under the authority of 6.302 under contract F09603-03-D-0029.
