Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana has a need for Elevator Inspections/ Maintenance and Repair Service. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, qualified personnel, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, and other items in order to inspect and service elevators. Elevators shall be maintained to meet the manufacturer?s specifications as well as adhere to OSHA, NEC and ANSI standards (See Performance Work Statement). This is a small business set-aside. If there is not an offer received from a small business (that meets the Performance Work Statement requirements), the set-aside for small business will be dissolved and the acquisition will be open to all responsive bidders.
