The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service intends to award on a Sole Source basis the following requirements for Electronic Internet Access on behalf of all current employees, contractors, cooperators and volunteers performing work on behalf of USDA. All users listed above will be acting within the scope of their relationship with USDA, and any public on-site users, who are duly authorized by the Government to access USDA’s secure intranet. This access is for ordinary business, scholarly and educational purposes of the Government, and for personal use, consistent with the Fair Use provisions of the United States and international copyright laws.
