The USDA Forest Service Pacific Southwest Region has a requirement for Alternative Dispute Resolution services to mediate fifteen (15) formal EEO complaints by June 30, 2004. Mediations will be in three separate locations in the State of California. Mediators must have knowledge of the EEO process, a minimum of 40 hours of advanced mediation skill training, five independent mediations of formal EEO complaints, and experience mediating cases involving Federal wildland fire fighters.
