In order to comply with FAR 5.101(a)(2) for publicizing contract actions expected to exceed $10,000 but not expected to exceed $25,000 in a public place, the Government will be posting the solicitation document ONLY to FedBizOpps. The Contracting Officer has determined that this is a sole source requirement for a consultant service for the National Technical Nuclear Forensics (NTNF) Systems Engineering Study. This is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider any responses from sources capable of providing THIS EXACT REQUIREMENT received within 10 days after date of publication of this solicitation.
