This is an intended sole source announcement. Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic (SPAWAR Atlantic), intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis to WR Systems on a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to consist of work to be performed for SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic in support of Fleet Readiness Directorate (FRD) Navigation (NAV) program Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy (SCN) efforts, to include Schedule B services for Navigation Sensor System Interface (NAVSSI) for USS THOMAS HUDNER (DDG 116) in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. The Government has a sole source justification so no need to provide a quote. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13. However, the government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the service outlined in the PWS and will award a contract resulting from this synopsis to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. The applicable NAICS code for this effort is 541330 with a size standard of $38.5M. All interested companies must be registered with e-Commerce as their will be no separate solicitation/PWS issued other than this posting. All interested companies must be current with their registration in System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at time of quote submission and provide their current cage code on the quote. All interested companies must be in full compliance and provide all information requested/required outlined in the attached PWS. All correspondence shall be done in writing via email.
