Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic (SPAWAR Atlantic), Code 2222, intends to award this requirement as an 8(a) set-aside to Chugach Information Technology, Inc., on a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to consist of the efforts required to provide Integrated Logistics Support for DDG-114, DDG-115, DDG-116. This service is in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. The Government has an 8 (a) quote so no need to provide one. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13. However, the government will accept quotes from all responsible 8(a) sources with the capability to provide the service outlined in the PWS and will award a contract resulting from this synopsis to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. The applicable NAICS code for this effort is 541330 with a size standard of $38.5M. All interested 8(a) companies must be registered with e-Commerce as their will be no separate solicitation/PWS issued other than this posting. All interested 8(a) companies must be current with their registration in System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at time of quote submission and provide their current cage code on the quote.
