Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic), 22130, intents to award this requirement on a sole source basis to Dynalec Corporation 87 WEST MAIN STEER, SODUS, NY, 14551, on a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for CVN 78 DIAS Announcing System Modifications Engineering Services in accordance with attached PWS. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offer; however, the Government will consider all proposals received in writing within three days after date of publication of this notice. . A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed action is based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
