Page 1 of 1 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that are capable of providing courier services for the Eastern Colorado Health Care System and other VA locations in the state of Colorado. The contractor shall provide regularly scheduled pickups of a variety of items including, but not limited to, diagnostic specimens, blood products, medical instruments, medical records and miscellaneous packages. In addition to the scheduled weekday pickup/delivery, there may be other non-scheduled deliveries. Occasionally a one-time delivery may be requested to a location other than a VA facility. The pickup and delivery locations for these services are as follows: to and from the ECHCS, 1055 Clermont Street, Denver, CO 80220, The Pueblo Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) 4776 Eagleridge Circle, Pueblo Colorado 81008, the Pueblo Community Living Center (CLC), 2600 Oakshire, Pueblo Colorado, 81008, Colorado Springs CBOC, 3141 Centennial Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80907, United States Air Force Academy, 4102 Pinion Way, Room 1402, Colorado Springs, CO 80840, Burlington CBOC, 1177 Rose Avenue, Burlington, CO 80807, Salida Primary Care Telehealth Outpatient Clinic (PTOC), 920 Rush Drive, Suite #B, Salida, CO 81201, Alamosa CBOC, 622 Del Sol Drive, Alamosa, CO 81101 and Penrose-St Francis (Centura Health), 2222 N. Nevada Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80907. The information submitted shall contain the company s business size status. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a request for proposal (RFP).
