These services will be provided to Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC), one medical centers and associated facilities. Services will require both scheduled and unscheduled emergency 24/7 pick-ups and deliveries. The Contracting Officer anticipates making a single award which shall cover areas in the northeast Ohio geographic area.
