Offers are hereby invited to submit a Price & Technical proposal, for the enclosed contractor support to JFTC on behalf of Headquarters, Supreme Allied Command Transformation (HQ SACT) in support of the above requirement. Proposals will be received until 1 oclock P.M, E.S.T. (Norfolk, US Local Time), Tuesday, 16 January 2007. Proposals received after that time shall not be considered.
