Proposals will be received until 1 oclock P.M, E.S.T. (Norfolk, US Local Time), Tuesday, 15 January 2008. Proposals received after that time shall not be considered. Please see the attached enclosures, which outline the Bidding instructions, the Statement of Work and Sealed Bidding Instructions. HQ SACT reserves the right to cancel this IFIB partially or in its entirety, at any time. In such an event, no claims for proposal preparation and related costs will be considered.
