Through this combined synopsis/solicitation TSA is seeking to identify and down-select to an efficient number of contractors who can provide a integrated technical and management approach to providing notice to the target population, directing the target population to a collection center, collecting ten-rolled finger prints that meet strict FBI requirements for quality and accuracy, and transmitting digitized fingerprints in EFTS format over a secure network to TSA or its clearinghouse.
