In accordance with the procedures specified in the revised OMB Circular A-76 (Attachment B, B.1) this notification represents the formal public announcement and official start date of a streamlined competition for clerical support of the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Research and Development, National Health and Environmental Effects Research Laboratory (NHEERL) in Research Triangle Park, NC. These services are currently being performed by Government personnel which include 6.1 Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) and contractor support. NO SOLICITATION IS ANTICIPATED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The Competitive Sourcing Official (CSO) is Luis Luna. The Contracting Officer is Jill E. Robbins. The projected end date for this competition is December 6, 2005.
