The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), has a requirement for classroom instructions regarding psychological effect of undercover assignments. The offeror must be a licensed psychologist and have a law enforcement background that includes familiarity with the psychological demands of law enforcement related undercover activity. This requirement is Full and Open competition and is being conducted using the test program at FAR 13.5. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 624190. The award will be made to the offeror, who provides the best overall value to the Government.
