SPAWAR Europe, a branch of SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston is soliciting for systems engineering, procurement, installation, systems integration, maintenance and technical support services for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) initiatives and programs of the SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston, European Office. Location for support includes the Middle Eastern, African, European (including Russia and the former Soviet Republics), Southwest Asian, and Central Asian regions as tasked by the European Command (EUCOM) and Central Command (CENTCOM) and various other government, joint, and Department of Defense (DoD) agencies in the EUCOM, CENTCOM and the Pacific Command (PACOM) Areas of Responsibility (AORs) and the British Indian Ocean Trust (BIOT) Territory. SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston intends to issue a full and open competitive solicitation. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price performance-based contract is anticipated with a base period of one year with four (4) one-year option periods. FAR Part 19 does not apply to this procurement as the Government has determined that it has no existing need for any work to be performed in the United States and the required services that may be ordered will require performance entirely outside the United States.
