The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) requests to procure a Biologist to assist in the molecular analysis of G protein-coupled receptors in the Laboratory of Bioorganic Chemistry. The contractor shall have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related science. This is set aside for small businesses. Award will be based on Best Value. A statement of work will be attached to the Request for Quote (RFQ) package. Responsible vendors that are capable of providing NIDDK with this service may request a copy of the RFQ in writing or by FAX to 301-480-4226 to the Contracting Office prior to the closing date of this notice. It is anticipated that RFQ NIH-NIDDK-06-668 will be available fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due ten (10) days after the release of the RFQ. The anticipated award date is January 10, 2006.
