The U.S. Marine Corps, Blount Island Command will be soliciting for development of a training program to plan, program, execute, monitor and maintain the training requirements of 100 - 150 personnel aligned in two groups: Active Duty Military, and DoD Civilian Employees. Upon meeting the requirements the program shall transfer as a "turn-key" to the Government. This procurement is being conducted under the simplified acquisition procedure identified within FAR 12 for commercial items. As such, the award may be made within 30 days of the date of this announcement. The solicitation document will be posted on NECO website (www.neco.navy.mil) within ten days of this announcement. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments.
