The 460th Contracting Squadron, Buckley, AFB, CO 80011 is issuing this sources sought notice, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10, for Security Services to be provided at the Buckley Annex for the Denver Defense Finance and Accounting Service and the Air Reserve Personnel Center located on a part of what was formerly known as Lowry AFB. This sources sought notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. Also, this sources sought notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor hours, training, equipment and supplies necessary to perform armed Security Officer services, provide reserve force personnel, and other items and services necessary to provide security services to include but not limited to a manned entry control point, roving patrols, pass and ID, and building security. The contractor shall ensure that each contract employee meets the education, experience, training, licensing, health, and age requirements stated by any and all federal and state of Colorado regulations. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561612 with a small business size standard of $10,500,000. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the possible release of the solicitation package. All interested parties shall submit their response, which shall not exceed 20 pages, by 10 March 2005 and include their: business name, brief company history, point-of-contact, DUNS and NAICS numbers, type of business (i.e. small, large, 8(a), ect.), and contract magnitude for any current or previous contracts. Also, all interested parties must be registered at the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) site, at http://www.ccr.gov, and must submit their representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to this sources sought notice.
