The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to procure on a sole source basis arbitration services in support of U.S. Navy NAVICP with Gerard Restaino,LLC of Lake Ariel, PA. These arbitration services are expected to last a minimum of 8 days to 45 Days. Services are expected to start before June 5th 2012 hearing date with 7 study days for pre-hearing matters. There is the possibility of additional service days which will be included in an option. The placement of a firm fixed price purchase order is the expected result of this acquisition effort.
