The U. S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Counterintelligence Division, Eurasia Analysis Unit, has a requirement for one individual to perform analytical support services in the field of foreign counterintelligence and counterespionage investigations. The individual shall have a minimum of twenty years experience and expertise in this field to support the FBI's operational managers and executives by conducting all-source research and analysis pertaining to foreign counterintelligence and counterespionage investigations. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in History, Political Science, International Relationsl, or Foreign Service is required. A Top Secret Clearance is mandatory for the performance of these services. Therefore, all offerors shall be clearable to pass a Top Secret Security clearance. The FBI contemplates awarding a labor hour task order type contract. The period of performance is for a base year and four option years. The place of performance is the FBI, J. Edgar Hoover Building, 935 Pennsylvania Avenue, N. W., Washington, D. C., 20535. The time of performance is between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m, forty hours per week, five days a week. Travel may be required. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8742 (NAICS 541611).
