THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICTATION. The African Development Foundation (ADF) has an immediate need for an individual U.S. resident, a 3rd Country National or a Host Country National on a personal service contract basis to fill the position of Business Development Officer for the ADF Representataive Field Office (Accra, Ghana).
