The Acquisition Division of the United States Census Bureau (USCG) has posted the official release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain the services of a contractor to provide and manage qualified clerical staff to the Census Bureau to meet fluctuating clerical staffing requirements that range from lower level clerical support within USCB's executive offices to mail room support. This competition will determine the best value commercial offer from industry, which will then be compared to the cost of the Government's Most Efficient Organization (MEO). The proposed procurement listed herein is restricted to 8(a) certified contractors. Award will be made based upon the Best Value to the Government through an evaluation of the technical and cost proposals. The due date for submitting proposals is December 20, 2002.
