The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is seeking to obtain services of a contractor to process the 2005 State and Local Government EEO-4 Survey. The EEO-4 survey is a compliance survey required by Federal law and regulation. The survey is conducted every two years in the odd-numbered years. The contractor will be required to perform the following: prepare Mail File and Mailout Reports, print address information and codes on preprinted forms and address labels, packaging envelopes, mail surveys, prepare mailout report, develop web-site on-line filing, keying, editing, coding and data entry verification of all data from EEO-4 survey and develop statistical files from data collected. A firm- fixed-price contract is contemplated. This is an unrestricted procurement requirement. Duration of the contract is estimated as a one year contract. EEOC anticipates issuing a solicitation in May 2005. The closing date for the solicitation will be thirty (30) calendar days after the issue date. The anticipated award date is July 2005.
