This SIR seeks to: 1) Pre-qualify licensed contractors for work at vaious locations in the Western Service Area, Hawaii, and Alaska for potential work to repair existing antenna towers at Remote Center Air/Ground Communication (RCAG) facilities, 2) Open the 2012 established QVL for previously qualified/included vendors to update their selected work preference list of states, 3) Open the 2012 established QVL for previously qualified/included vendors to OPT OUT of the QVL, if so desired.
