The City of Cleburne is seeking quotes for a vendor to supply a turnkey entertainment stage for a one-day concert event on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Market Square in Cleburne, Texas. About the event The annual SpringFest is a one-day event in downtown Cleburne, Texas, featuring a variety of activities, including an entertainment stage that will feature multiple acts throughout the day. The first act will take the stage at 11:30 a.m. and the last act will exit the stage at 7 p.m. The entertainment stage will be located at Market Square (302 S. Main, Cleburne, TX 76033). Requirements: The vendor must provide a turnkey setup: stage, sound (stacked audio is acceptable), lighting equipment, backline featuring a drum kit and bass amp, tech personnel (sound, monitor, and lighting), and stage setup/teardown crew.
