For each load, 75 % shall be Rainbow Trout, 3/4 pound to 3 pounds each, in weight. 10% of the Rainbow Trout shall be larger than 3 pounds each, in weight. 15 % shall be Golden Rainbow (Lightning) Trout, larger than 3 pounds, in weight. Pricing shall include all labor, materials and equipment require to provide and plant the live, healthy, disease free, bar graded fish.
