Deadline: Electronic Informal Price Quotation(s) (IPQ’s) addressed to Gerardo Noriega, CTPM, Director of Purchasing & Contracting, City of McAllen, will be received on Thursday, January 10, 2019 until 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. All Electronic Informal Price Quotations must be submitted via the City of McAllen’s bidding portal (https://mcallen.procureware.com) on or before the aforementioned date and time. Hard copy and/or late bids shall not be accepted Pre-submittal conference: : Quinta Mazatlan Cottage House conference room, 600 Sunset Dr., McAllen, Texas 78501 at 10:00 a.m.Central Standard Time, on Thursday, January 3, 2019. All prospective respondents are encouraged to be in attendance. Responses are to be submitted electronically only. Once back in the portal, click on the “Bid” tab, then click on the appropriate project number. You may then proceed to the “Documents” tab to download the complete solicitation document. Once you have read the bid document and are ready to submit your response, click on the “Response” tab and upload your bid. Bid solicitation documents shall not be mailed, e-mailed nor provided in person.
