AMENDMENT 1 - CORRECTION - Date due is extended to June 17, 2019. All other times, date and information remains unchanged.

This solicitation and any resultant contract is a stewardship project in accordance with Section 323 of Public Law 108-7 (16 U.S.C. 2104 Note, as revised February 28, 2003 to reflect sec. 323 of J.J. Res. 2 as enrolled), the Consolidated Appropriations Resolution, 2003, amending Public Law 105-277, sec. 347.

The contract includes the following components: approximately 143 acres of non-commercial thinning, 143 acres of treatment of slash and woody debris, 521 CCF whole tree sawlog removal and 4 CCF non-saw removal, road maintenance and road reconstruction.

The road reconstruction estimate is less than $25,000. Payment and/or performance bonds will not be required for construction work only.

A site visit will not be scheduled.
