CBP received questions concerning to future ATAP procurement and have provided a response

Vendor Question: Section 12 of the SOW indicates that this effort may result in actual or potential organizational conflict of interest. Please provide additional information on the types of OCI that may result. Also, please clarify if the actual or potential OCI(s) would be applicable to future ATAP initiatives/procurements and/or broader CBP enterprise requirements?

Response: The Data Science Services contract will not be providing technical direction for the ATAP program’s system development and will not be responsible for determining the system’s basic concepts.

Accordingly, the ATAP program does not anticipate conflicts of interest under FAR 9.5 arising from the data science services contract and subsequent initiatives/procurements or broader CBP enterprise requirements.
