The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Florence, intends to issue a single-award, Firm-Fixed Price, purchase order for the acquisition of (4) Quarterly Grease Trap Pumping, Cleaning and Disposal of Waste for (3) 12,000 GAL, and (2) 6,000 interceptors.

**PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED "STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVE" FOR THE COMPLETE REQUIREMENT.**

This acquisition has been Set-Aside for SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. All offerors shall have an "Active" status and registered in the System for Award Management, SAM.gov, prior to the closing of this solicitation.

The evaluation criteria for award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, (LPTA), and the acquisition shall be "Meets or Exceeds" to the supplied Statement of Objective.

All offers shall fully MEET or EXCEED the Government requirement, and determination of acceptable offers will be made by the Government Subject Matter Expert by comparing quoted proposals/quotes to the Government Requirement.

All offers/quotes shall include any applicable fees, transit, disposal, consumables and or materials in the Quote.

Offeror's shall generate a formal quote or utilize the provided SF-1449 Request for Quotation form provided. All terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation will be applicable to the purchase order. The quote must be signed by the offeror at the time of submission. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications shall be applicable to this solicitation.

**Any offeror who fails to provide a comprehensive quote for all line items/requirements at the time of submission may be eliminated from the competitive range and deemed, "Unresponsive".**

Offerors shall utilize electronic mail (email) for submission of offers. All questions regarding the requirement or solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the Primary Point of Contact designated in the solicitation.
