Consultant shall provide quality assessment services for the Irvine Child Care Project (ICCP) as set forth in the RFP document. Firms who fail to meet the minimum qualifications set forth below should not submit a proposal; any such proposal shall be deemed non-responsive and not be considered. -Minimum three (3) most recent years of experience performing similar services as those detailed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP. Proposals must be submitted electronically. No other form of submission will be accepted. Please refer to the Submittal Instructions section of the RFP document for full details. Proposals submitted by any other method such as hard copy or email will be disqualified.
